The HONOR in GRACE

image

A famous quote by Mark Twain says:

IT IS BETTER TO DESERVE HONORS AND NOT HAVE THEM THAN TO HAVE THEM AND NOT TO DESERVE THEM.

What is the first thing you think of when you hear the word HONOR?  For many of us, those we know and love in the armed forces may come to mind.  For others, we might think of a judge or the term, Your Honor.  Another major majority will think of their parents and the commandment, “Honor thy Father and thy Mother….” in Exodus 20:12.  God thought of an honor for a mother and father important enough to make it apart of the laws He gave Moses; you know, the Ten Commandments? 🙂

And why should we honor them?  As the remainder of the passage says, “…Then you will live a long, full life in the land the lord your God is giving you.”  Who wouldn’t want to honor their parents; especially after reading that?  But as I have been thinking more deeply about this due to some of my own personal strife; there is such a vast view of why God spoke those words for us.  Honor was apart of the law that we needed to have because of the chaos that was occurring at the time of Moses.  For example, Moses dealt for years with Pharoah, the plagues, doubt and disbelief, and of course leading his people to the promised land of God’s to begin again.  There was a need of direction and a need for order amongst the mindset of confused and sinful people!

The law was given to Moses in such a dramatic way to bring reverence and fearful-respect to the Father to follow His ways.  Otherwise I believe we wouldn’t validate or care about the rules laid before us.  Why would we care?  What is the end result if we didn’t follow them?

Exodus 20:18-20 NLT

When the people heard the thunder and the loud blast of the ram’s horn, and when they saw the flashes of lightning and the smoke billowing from the mountain, they stood at a distance, trembling with fear. And they said to Moses, “You speak to us, and we will listen. But don’t let God speak directly to us, or we will die!” “Don’t be afraid,” Moses answered them, “for God has come in this way to test you, and so that your fear of him will keep you from sinning!”

The powerful display by God kept the people fearful of His rath and thus respect was given to the laws.  However, until Jesus came….how’d we do with obeying the laws?  Did we master the Commandments?  Have you the ability to say from your first acknowledgement of the 10 Commandments that you’ve NEVER coveted someone else’s things??  Never stole from someone?  Never took your Lord’s name in vain?? Well….I hate to tell ya but….

image

We’ve ALL broken God’s commandments.  All have fallen short of the glory of God!  The expectation to fulfill the law God realized we were unable to do; thus this is why Jesus was given as a gift to us as our saving GRACE.  No matter which commandment, we have all failed at fulfilling at least one.

As a child from a broken family and later a broken marriage of my own; many of God’s laws and promises I failed at acknowledging and obeying.  However this particular commandment has always fascinated me.  Honor….a word of reverence and one that says respect.  I have struggles with this as many of us have with our parents.  I love my parents….they are God’s hand picked parents for me here on earth and all that they have given me is designed with God’s intentions.  However, sin tends to blind a person’s ability to look beyond pain to uphold a word as distinguished as HONOR.  I hate the fact that I struggle to have this word frequent my lips in love and actions towards them.

For the reader that feels the same as I in the matter, let me focus on the depth of the word and how my heart has been mended by GRACE to make honor a practiced word.  First off, Exodus 21:17, “Anyone who dishonors a father or mother must be put to death.”  If this was still a factual practice and law today, 90% or more of the world would be dead.  So, knowing that’s what scripture says, why aren’t we dead?  Why does the result of disobeying the word of God, NOT result in our immediate death?….because of JESUS!  So I have no reason to fear because of Jesus.  Yet the question still is, how do we respect the word HONOR?

image

In Proverbs 21:21, “He that follows after righteousness and mercy finds life, righteousness and honor.”  Honor is the final threshold we cross when we deny our own value and privilege the world manipulates us with and we seek the life giving righteousness of Jesus Christ!  Honor is more than just a word that we are meant to live by; it is a worship to a Father who gives us something we don’t deserve.  John 12:26 Jesus says, “If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor.”  The greatest example of honor to learn and to show is the honor given by the Father in heaven in His son Jesus.  So I ask you, if Jesus is the standard barrier, why then does honor come so hard toward others?  If we love Christ and strive to serve Him, we are honored by God himself!

What’s funny about this topic to me though is the whisper I still get in my head of my Dad saying, “You’ll understand what it’s like to be a parent someday.”  That understanding has hit hard since 2006 with Angelique DiAnn running around. 🙂  Now almost 9 years old, Angel is at a stage in life that really brings a test to the word honor towards her mommy and I.  Attitude, whining, rebellion….little honor seems to be shown to us, her caretakers and the ones who help to provide all she needs to her without conditions.  (Paused Reflection)

image

Less we continue to forget that it was through God’s GRACE and LOVE for us that He gave us His one and only son….

We here on earth, Me….my parents….your parents….grandparents….etc.  ALL expect to have honor given to us by our children and yet we cannot give enough HONOR to our Father in heaven first with our lives daily!  Who are we to demand and act worthy of such a respect?  Should we use Exodus 21:17 on our reflection of honor to God and His son Jesus??  If we do….we’re all DEAD.

image

I want Angelique to honor us as her parents just like our parents wanted/want us to honor them.  Sin has gotten in the way of our grace given to one another to see a reason to honor fully our parents.  For years I have held closely the scripture below as my defense and refuge to why I can’t or won’t honor fully my parents:

image

Paul was making a very valid point to Fathers and parents in general with this statement.  However, he also uses it to make an even bigger point to this reader….BRING THEM UP.  Bring them up, lift them up, love them up….UP to a standard that is holy and a love that is of God.  I’ll be the first to admit as a parent I am not the greatest, if even in the top million, of father’s who do not provoke Angel to anger or even more importantly….LIFT HER UP…in love.  We have tried our whole lives with her to bring her up in a house of the Lord.  Yet, because of sin, we have continually failed at being to a level God expects of us.  In this, I cannot blame my parents, as any of you shouldn’t, for the upbringing you may have gotten.  Yeah, it wasn’t perfect….and yeah, it probably even at times sucked; but they did their best with the sin this world has surrounded us all in.  The only difference….is where is God in all of this with them?  With you?

Bring them up….in the DISCIPLINE and INSTRUCTION of the Lord.  If you want to be honored, then you must honor your heavenly FATHER first.  In honoring Him (Good reputation, respect, purity, integrity), you will gain the grace and love to honor and respect others back.  It MUST start with Him first!  So ask yourself the next time you feel you deserve honor and haven’t gotten it….”Have I honored my Savior & Father lately?

Dad….and Mom….I’m sorry for the times I haven’t honored you as you wished I would.  I am an imperfect vessel and always will be until I’m home in heaven with Jesus.  I pray you’ll look past those moments of dishonor I’ve given you over the years and see the grace that only real love from the Father can give.  Seek Him to honor and see how much in love He will honor you back!

Love your son,
Chad

Please Lord….Kum-Ba-Ya

image

Your picturing it aren’t you? 🙂  The youthful you, at Camp Whatchahitchie sitting around the warm campfire with all your other friends and the guitar gets brought out.  The smiles begin to glow and you begin holding each others hands as the forever familiar song begins to play….

Kumbaya my Lord, kumbaya
Kumbaya my Lord, kumbaya
Kumbaya my Lord, kumbaya
Oh Lord, kumbaya

Forever burned into our hearts and forever at the tip of our tongues when a now silly tune comes to mind.  Society now embraces this song as one again to make light or fun of;  but do we even remember or know what we are making fun of?  What we are making light of in the eyes of our Savior?

Origin:

“Kumbaya, my Lord” was first recorded by an out-of-work English professor, Robert Winslow Gordon, in 1927. Gordon went on a search for black spirituals and recorded a song “Come by Here, My Lord”, sung by H. Wylie. The song was sung in Gullah on the islands of South Carolina between Charleston and Beaufort. Gullah is the creole language featured in the Uncle Remus series of Joel Chandler Harris and the Walt Disney production of Song of the South. “Come by here, my Lord” in Gullah is “Kum by (h)yuh, my lawd” (see our Gullah dictionary).
American missionaries took the song to Angola after its publication in the 1930s, where its origins were forgotten. In the late 1950s the song was rediscovered in Angola and returned to North American where it swept the campfire circuit as a beautiful and mysterious religious lyric. That is why the song is associated with Angola in many current printed versions.
In the US, however, the song was associated with Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and other campers sitting around a campfire in perfect harmony. The picture of a warm, cozy community without conflict associated itself with the song and especially that foreign-sounding word in its title, kumbaya. Since the word had no actual meaning in English, cynics eventually converted this harmless connotation into the actual English definition of the word. That definition now seems to be “naive, unrealistic optimism” to many of us (not me).

It’s rather sad isn’t it?  A song originally written to be a cry out to God now is more ridiculed and as mentioned, “unrealistic”.  Lets think about it….how do you soulfully cry out for God?  How can you show God sincerity in our needs?  Right now,  more than ever we need to ask God to kumbaya!

image

Worship is taken for granted now-a-days and just this song alone can be so powerful if we sang it with a servant’s heart.  Father we need you to be near us….to help us as we walk through this world and it’s troubles. In honor of this song I bring to you this prayer as a cry of my heart….

My previous Father in heaven, I come before you today burdened with the faces of many who are lost and need you.  Who know you, but choose to disown you when it counts.  Your presence is needed and requested Lord….come by here….

Kumbaya my Lord, kumbaya.
Kumbaya my Lord, kumbaya.
Come by here my Lord, come by here.
Oh Lord, Come by here.

We invite you into our home Lord, please make your presence felt daily when our tired minds set in and our patience is out.  We need you Father to remind us of the foundation of love when the world sends in sin’s termites….

Someone’s singing Lord, kumbaya
Someone’s singing Lord, kumbaya
Someone’s singing Lord, kumbaya
Oh Lord, kumbayah

May our lips forever sing you praises and our words reflect our love for you to others.  Our hearts overflow with joyous sounds of redemption and grace!  Thank you Father!  THANK YOU!!!

Someone’s laughing, Lord, kumbaya
Someone’s laughing, Lord, kumbaya
Someone’s laughing, Lord, kumbaya
Oh Lord, kumbaya

We joyfully ask you to join in our fun Father!  We laugh, not sarcastically at another’s expense, but for the relief we have for all eternity because of your son Jesus Christ!   May this expression of gratitude never leave our souls!

Someone’s crying, Lord, kumbaya
Someone’s crying, Lord, kumbaya
Someone’s crying, Lord, kumbaya
Oh Lord, kumbaya

Oh our Father, even as our lips are in praise and our souls overjoyed by your love; we know there is a world that is still in pain.  There are so many of our loved ones who don’t know this joy or peace and they shed tears of desparation and fear.  Our Father, may we comfort those who need you; may we embrace those in pain and need your love; may we love those with your love and not our own to bring them an everlasting hope.  Gracious Lord, may we be your hands and feet, give your heart and not our own, and denounce those fears with the cheers of your redeeming grace to those crying out for you!

Someone’s praying, Lord, kumbaya
Someone’s praying, Lord, kumbaya
Someone’s praying, Lord, kumbaya
Oh Lord, kumbaya

Hear the prayers Lord of your people.   Tingle our hearts with your Holy Spirit’s presence.  Draw us dear Father, closer to you as we conversate with you.  We love you Abba….

Someone’s sleeping, Lord, kumbaya
Someone’s sleeping, Lord, kumbaya
Someone’s sleeping, Lord, kumbaya
Oh Lord, kumbaya
Oh Lord, kumbaya

As we lay our heads down each night Father God, bring our souls rest and our temples healing so that each day when we rise another day we embrace the gift of that moment. May our dreams be of heaven and the room you’ve prepared for us; as our rest is in your arms each night dear Father, your children are at home….

Come by here my Lord, come by here…..

In Jesus name…..AMEN.

Blank Signs & Numb Drums….

image

I love Skillet….they’re fresh, rockin, and entertaining to say the least….and their use of pyro??  EXPLOSIVE!!! 🙂  Now do you think I would like them as much if I couldn’t hear them?  How spectacular would they be if I couldn’t see them?  Understand what their meaning or purpose was for their craft?  Why on earth would I care to see them, listen to them or believe in their music?

Have you ever wondered how Jesus did it while on earth?   Listening to all the negativity in their voices and all the numbness in their ears.  Jesus, in every way, showed us all the signs to pay attention to in getting to the Father.  Yet, not all the parables, lessons or stories; could bring the people close enough to the Father, during His life on earth .  So again I ask for pondering….why would Jesus care to continue loving others if He couldn’t gain them all?

image

I drive a lot. Sometimes more than I really care to. In each and every journey that I take behind the wheel of that truck, signs are everywhere. Along the road big signs in the field and even little bitty signs that warn us of entry ways or mile markers. What would those signs be worth though if all of them were blank? As you see from the examples above, every one of us might be able to recognize the type of warning, caution or concern they give; but ultimately we wouldn’t know how to obey or be concerned with what those signs are trying to tell us. In other words, these blank signs could lead to wide open interpretations to whatever we deemed they should or want them to say.

You might be thinking to yourself, why in the world would I care about any of this information Chad?  I want you to think about the meaning of these blank signs, and how they intertwined with the meaning and interpretation of church. Signs give us directions, they give us information that is a must in our life. The church is the same way. The Bible gives us direction for what we should do in our lives and how we should live. But so many of us, take what the Bible says and interpret it for ourselves for our own meanings and benefits. When we make the Bible work for us, there is no real direction that has to submit greater obedience.

image

Here’s another question to ponder…. When we get used to doing our own thing for so long, what happens when we try to get back on track and obey what the words really mean, and what the signs really say? Well I can tell you what we would do, when anybody that has flesh on their bones would do, we’d rebell!  We’d fight! We’d scratch and claw to get our way and to keep our way! And the sad truth is, that’s kind of how the world has been treating us for so long now; an overabundance of free will and rights….and we pretty much can almost do anything we want.

Jesus knew that this was going to ultimately happen. The more we would question, rebell, or even ignore His teachings; the more grieved he became knowing how much of a deep control the flesh has got on us.

Ephesians 6:12 NLT

For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.

2 Timothy 4:3 NLT

For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear.

The end result of this?  Peter knocks it home in Acts 28:25-27:

And after they had argued back and forth among themselves, they left with this final word from Paul: “The Holy Spirit was right when he said to your ancestors through Isaiah the prophet, ‘Go and say to this people: When you hear what I say, you will not understand. When you see what I do, you will not comprehend. For the hearts of these people are hardened, and their ears cannot hear, and they have closed their eyes— so their eyes cannot see, and their ears cannot hear, and their hearts cannot understand, and they cannot turn to me and let me heal them.’

Their ears become numb drums. The voice of God through the Holy Spirit becomes foreign to them and not only do they not see the signs ahead of Christ’s….but they cannot hear His guidance either.

image

Camouflaged sin as I call it, does this to so many Christians and they don’t even realize it. The saddest part about the whole thing is, we have the seeds of the Savior planted in our hearts, dwelling within our souls, but we’re so locked into the trance of the here and now that the world offers.  When asked what we truly believe then, we give a sugar coated answer. When we pray, it just seems like mimicking words of repetitive “blah blah blahs”.  I know what I have preached at many churches, looking into the eyes of those in the audience you can just see the blank stares of unpenetrateable truth.  It scares me for those I love and for those who claim to walk with Jesus as well as those who don’t.

We read God’s word that says things like:

Jeremiah 11:7-8 NLT

For I solemnly warned your ancestors when I brought them out of Egypt, “Obey me!” I have repeated this warning over and over to this day, but your ancestors did not listen or even pay attention. Instead, they stubbornly followed their own evil desires. And because they refused to obey, I brought upon them all the curses described in this covenant.’”

Job 9:4-8 NLT

For God is so wise and so mighty. Who has ever challenged him successfully? “Without warning, he moves the mountains, overturning them in his anger. He shakes the earth from its place, and its foundations tremble. If he commands it, the sun won’t rise and the stars won’t shine. He alone has spread out the heavens and marches on the waves of the sea.

1 John 2:24-27 NLT

So you must remain faithful to what you have been taught from the beginning. If you do, you will remain in fellowship with the Son and with the Father. And in this fellowship we enjoy the eternal life he promised us. I am writing these things to warn you about those who want to lead you astray. But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true—it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ.

Caution!!….BAM.  Warning!!!!….BAM.  STOP!!!!….BAM!  The signs are ever present and the truth stares us in the face!  WHY…..WHY do we IGNORE IT?

image

Our game of life is not over when we scored just one run, one victory.  We have to continue on fighting the battle every single day, gaining victories every single day, having God write our stories through His Son Jesus Christ every single day. This is our testimony of why it’s so important to know who Jesus Christ is! If we don’t do this, our life, and our testimony of who Jesus is to others will look no different than the picture above. If we truly can look at street signs and obey them, then the pages of the Bible shouldn’t be that hard to obey either. It depends on who we love to obey the most.

image

Now don’t you give me that look! I know your sitting here reading this going, “Man this stuff I’ve heard all too much before“. But you know what? It obviously hasn’t sunk in yet! We are pouting about this, rebelling over that, and are too stubborn about nothing to fix it!  We refuse to give it over to God. See….you can cross your arms, shake your head, roll your eyes, but heed this my dear brothers and sisters in Christ; we must do better than we are!  Way too many people are going to never know what heaven is like, or what hope can do for them; unless we get off our bums and do something about it in love!

Why are there so many churches dying? Why are there so many that are so overpopulated and with so many programs, that the programs are becoming more important than simple loving one another? It’s because of the fact that the world has put its imprint too much on what the church does, what it means, and what it allows any more. They ignore the signs for a long time, or as mentioned earlier, they make their own signs and ask you to obey what they say instead of what scripture says.  Then when the select few, leaders of the church begin to grow a set, and say what the boldness of Scripture really means; that’s when those set in their church cover their ears because they don’t want to hear it and get out of their comfort zones!  Do you think Jesus wants us truly to take His words spoken to us and twist them into our own whimpy ways of obedience?

image

Quit forcefully numbing your drums!  Quit turning your attention from Jesus and placing it on your agendas!  Quit trying to rewrite the truth that Jesus spoke for us and sugar coating the importance of fear and reverence for our God Almighty!   WE MUST SUBMIT AND OBEY TO HIS WORD AND HIS CALLING UPON US!  And one of Paul’s last letters to Timothy, he emphasized for him the deep importance of holding on to his faith in what he knows is the truth:

1 Timothy 1:19 NLT

Cling to your faith in Christ, and keep your conscience clear. For some people have deliberately violated their consciences; as a result, their faith has been shipwrecked.

Being shipwrecked away from God sucks! At some point in our life we’ve all been there, whether we want to admit it or not….We NEED His influence in our life.  Our signs we may follow are not eternal and will be destroyed by the rust of sin’s grasp.  For this reason alone, our ears need to listen and respond to what He says to us through the Holy Spirit moment-by-moment.  I’m am pleading in love my family in Christ….take your eyes off the blind signs and feel the presence of the Lord beat LIFE through your drums….again.

IN JESUS NAME…. 🙂

“You can’t handle the TRUTH!”

image

The truth hurts. Many of us like to know it, but even more of us don’t want to hear it. Why is that? Why is it the one thing that we can hold on to as a solid foundation, however it’s defined, is the hardest thing to want to listen to when it’s pointed directly at you?  The classic scene from the movie A Few Good Men, really just set this feeling in motion for me today.

image

When Jack Nicholson and Tom Cruise are drilling each other in the courtroom Tom Cruise being be aggressive attorney, and Jack Nicholson being the one on the stand getting the finger pointed at. Nicholson looks very intently at Tom Cruise and yells the famous words, “you can’t handle the truth!”  Cruise wanted the truth desperately, to be able to validate his point. And Nicholson did not believe that Cruise could handle the depth of that truth.

When the Bible was detected, and written so many years ago, it became the standard bearer for what many believe is the truth. Since then, when the truth gets too tough to handle, it seems many of us humans like to try to redefine what truth really is. In this it makes it easier for us to be able to handle or redefine, our personal truth.  Why are we so afraid? Why have we varied the truth for so long? Its pretty simple if you think about it.

2 Thessalonians 2:10 NLT

He(Satan) will use every kind of evil deception to fool those on their way to destruction, because they refuse to love and accept the truth that would save them.

1 John 4:6 NLT

But we belong to God, and those who know God listen to us. If they do not belong to God, they do not listen to us. That is how we know if someone has the Spirit of truth or the spirit of deception.

Jesus said, “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life.  No one can come to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6) Does this mean that if you don’t know Jesus that you don’t know truth? Well again let’s just say that it all depends on how you define what truth really is. I believe that the truth began and ends with God and Jesus Christ. The only way you will know what real truth is, is by reading what He’s given us to learn that truth within the Bible.

image

Recently Amber and I went through a moment of brokenness when a couple we had grown to love and consider good friends betrayed us over the truth.  One thing I’ve always felt about friendships….REAL friendships is that honesty should be lovingly brutal with someone who is a good/best friend.  They will meet you where you are and help you go to where you’ve never been. And they will love you with a real love as close to the love of Christ as they possibly can.  We truly were beginning to feel that way about this couple.

image

How you might ask did they betray us over the truth? Think about it this way, when was the last time you opened up your heart and soul to someone and they actually accepted every bit of it? Would you consider it your truth?  You see, I considered the husband to be an accountability partner in my walk with Jesus. That’s something I feel we all could use, and desperately need with as many temptations and struggles of this world presents. Unfortunately, my truth of life, did not settle well with his personal convictions. As many of you who read this blog know, there are many of my blogs where I become brutally honest about my walk. It is no surprise that I have had my share of struggles. It is no surprise that I’ve had my fair share, and still occasionally do, temptations of the mind and heart. I opened up and shared this with the husband, who again told me not only that he loved me, but that he was here for me through anything.  As the above scripture tells us, a brother is born for adversity, apparently this “brother” was stuck in his womb.

Please forgive my bitter tone for my heart is still healing.  We are to be like Jesus Christ….in His words, in His heart-likeness, and in His actions.  That is the TRUTH!  In striving to do this, sin is eminent and failing is our human condition. It is in those failures that we draw the closest to Jesus IF we allow Him to draw near to us.  Failure brings pain, shame and a sense of unworthiness to a Savior.  It is when we are broken enough to Him and broken enough to those around us that we love and love us that we share in this growth and grace with others.

image

I have never been a sugar coater as I’ve gotten older and have experienced more failures. Real, deep, penitrating, forgiveness and change comes from real, deep, penitrating REPENTENCE.  Some people cannot handle that deep of realism that the grace affected heart has.  In this case for us, we experienced that.  They ran and unfriended us from a distance, and not from an intimate encounter of grace.  They couldn’t handle the truth….

Isaiah 43:19 NLT

For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

God has always been in the business of making things new.  He loves to fix what’s broken. We, as His children broken in sin, need to be constantly fixed!  Jesus Christ is our SAVIOR because He is the infinity-solution to all that we will ever do before the Father.   The past stays there, the present is a work on constant progress, and the future is already His to be however He wishes!  But then comes this thing called FREE-WILL….

image

We think we know best….we attempt to change the standard.  We CHOOSE to mute our ears and only accept what we want, not what God wants.  We struggle to handle the truth. We say we’ll pray and then we don’t or even worse, half hearted pray making a mockery of the intimacy we have with God!   We say we’ll read God’s word and we only choose Scriptures that fit our emotional agenda. We say we’ll be an accountability partner to someone in need and freak out when the accountability gets too personal or real.  In all of this I am confessing to you that I am guilty of.  I have/had made light of these things….these expressions of simple obedience.  Yet I am also here to testify that I AM striving to be more for Jesus Christ in these areas.

We need to quit sugar coating our struggles, our failures and our needs to others IN THE SAME SINKING BOAT OF SIN!!  Each time we chose to hide our rawness of our hearts to Jesus and our real friends, we are stealing away the glory of God in His redemptive actions!  He is always working!  He is always changing us!  He is always saving us from ourselves and our free will of selfishness!

Won’t you let Him in?

Won’t you cry out for help?

Won’t you quit trying to change Jesus and try changing yourself with Him?

You can handle the truth and ALL that surrounds it good and bad….

You can handle the truth that you aren’t always right or always perfect.

You can handle the truth that you’re hurting and in need of grace.

You can handle the real, loving, sacrificing, never changing, King of Kings and Prince of Peace.

You can’t handle though….living the lie.

You can’t handle a lukewarm obedience.

You can’t handle a passive forgiveness.

You can’t live in eternity without the TRUTH and boldness of Jesus Christ.

You want the truth….so go get it!

You shall know the TRUTH, and the TRUTH shall set you FREE.”  -John 8:32
